First and foremost we are here to go the extra mile to resolve any problems you have with your order.
Physical Items
If you order via the custom order forms, you’ll have the proof option to approve the design before it is produced. This step is to make sure you’ll get a design that you are happy with. Because our items are fully personalized, we don’t accept any returns except for the delivery of false products. If you want to cancel your order before we send it to production, we will make a full refund with a deduction of $25 designing fee and deliver you the digital work. No cancellation can be made if you approved your design for production or if you didn’t ask for approval on the order form. Our app won’t work with your product if you cancel your order.
Digital Items
We do not accept refund requests for digital items due to their nature.
What if my order is lost in transit?
If it’s been more than 12 business days for US / 21 business days for International since it’s been shipped, we can apply one of the following options of your choice:
1) Send a reprint to your address.
2) Cancel your order and refund your full amount.
3) Send customers digital files and not send any physical reprint. Sending digital copies costs $14.95 if the customer designed it online using our soundwave editor and it is $24.95 if we designed it manually. A refund after this deduction to be made.
